It is possible to see art.
It is possible to think about art.
It is possible to speak about art.

There’s a part of the process of making art which repeats itself with each new work or series of works – the beginning, often long drawn-out – that is lonely and frightening. Don’t avoid this part. This is where the special stuff happens. Art starts from almost nothing and is made of almost nothing and is about hardly anything at all, and if you’re really careful, patient and brave, and you stay with it, and you don’t force it, you’ll be able to coax it into being and it will be tremendous.
